Job Summary:The Ups Store #5128 is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist customers with their shipping, printing, and packaging needs while providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time hourly position in the franchise industry located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Assist customers with shipping, printing, and packaging needs- Process transactions, including cash and credit card payments- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked- Promote and sell additional products and services offered by The Ups Store #5128- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service- Follow all franchise operational policies and procedures- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase salesRequirements:- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plusEEOC Statement:The Ups Store #5128 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
