Compensation: $16$18 per hour + UNCAPPED commissions
Availability: Multiple shifts available during studio hours (listed below)
Target Studio Opening: First week of September

Club Pilates is the nation's leading boutique Pilates studio, with 800+ locations and a mission to make Reformer-based Pilates accessible to all. Were opening a brand-new studio in Latham, NY, and were looking for driven, people-focused sales professionals to be the heartbeat of our front desk and member experience.

What Youll Do

• Greet and engage with everyone who walks through our doors
• Call, text, and follow up with leads to get them booked into a free intro class
• Guide first-time guests through their first Club Pilates experience
• Sell memberships, packages, and retail with confidence and integrity
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional front desk environment
• Support studio operations, assist the General Manager, and jump in wherever needed

Studio Hours (Availability)

We are hiring for all shifts, including weekends and evenings:

• Mon & Wed: 6:00 AM 9:00 PM
• Tue & Thu: 6:30 AM 8:30 PM
• Fri: 6:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Sat: 7:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Sun: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

What Were Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine love for connecting with people
• Sales experience preferred (fitness, wellness, or hospitality is a plus)
• Confidence in making calls and handling objections professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a passion for health and wellness
• Willingness to learn the Club Pilates brand and become a product expert
