We are hiring a personable and reliable Sales Associate who enjoys interacting with customers and providing excellent service. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing attentive and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

Shifts typically begin between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, depending on scheduling needs.

• PAY: $14.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience, plus tips after training)

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and fluency in English
• Professional and confident phone skills for taking customer orders
• Ability to handle transactions accurately
• Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls and accurately take customer orders
• Learn product offerings, including ingredients, to assist customers effectively
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
• Prepare and package orders, including sandwiches if needed
• Operate the register and process payments (cash and card)
• Maintain clean and organized display areas
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Help in the kitchen with prep or other tasks during slower periods
