Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and utilize comprehensive product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and drive sales.
  • Demonstrate effective selling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking merchandise and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Assist with loss prevention efforts by being observant and adhering to company policies.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communications and customer service.
  • Working knowledge of selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • General knowledge of point of sale systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to perform basic general mathematics for transactions.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Proven ability to greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
