Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our members and prospects. This role focuses on booking stretch consultations, generating sales leads, calling leads/prospects, answering calls, and keeping our schedule full while creating a welcoming studio environment.
Responsibilities:
- Call prospective clients to book stretch consultations
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and rebook member appointments
- Follow up with leads and missed appointments
- Greet members and provide a great first impression
- Assist with basic front desk and studio operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized, reliable, and positive attitude
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
