Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Sales Associate/Key Holder with a passion for premium denim and styling to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include point of sale transactions , processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, a strong background in customer service, a professional yet fun and engaging personality, and love meeting new people.
Responsibilities
Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
Opening/Closing procedures
Work point of sale register to ring up and carry out customer sales
Maintain a clean/organized sales floor and displays
Receive deliveries
Develop and maintain solid brand/product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Retail Women's Clothing Boutique experience
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Professional yet fun and engaging personality
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
