What You'll Do

• Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience

• Earn base hourly pay + uncapped commissions by hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs
• Deliver high-energy, engaging guest service
• Work as a team to crush daily and monthly goals
• Keep your store clean, organized, and guest-ready
