Shoe Mill is looking for a part-time Sales Associate for our bright and beautiful, high traffic store at Washington Square Mall.  This is an in-store position, dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere.  You'll have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable and become an expert in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers to provide the best level of service possible. 

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Initial training rate of $17.00 per hour
- Upon completion of training, employees convert to 10% commissions on their personal sales, with a guaranteed hourly rate.  Performance based with no cap on earnings.

HOURS:
- Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
- Part-time position (below 30 hours per week)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior fashion retail experience, preferred
- Work experience involving cash handling, required

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Store merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.
