Sales Associate

Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Space Coast located in Titusville, FL, a division of Parks Motor Group, is seeking Sales Associates to join our Sales Team.  We are looking for energetic individuals who have the ambition to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily
• Build lasting relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position that will require some weekends.

Qualifications:

• Dependability, reliability, responsibility
• Thrive on working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Bilingual helpful, not required
• Valid Florida driver's license and good driving record required
• A background check and drug screen will be required for this position.
