Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain how our insurance products provide peace of mind.

Help existing clients review their current policies and make updates as their life circumstances change.

Proactively reach out to members of the Vancouver community to grow our agencys presence.

Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes that align with client requirements.

Maintain organized records of interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the agency owner to reach office goals and keep the team atmosphere positive.

Property & Casualty Insurance license.

Experience in sales, or a related role where you built relationships.

Clear, empathetic, and confident communication skills.

Basic proficiency with computer software and digital management tools.

Genuine interest in helping people navigate their insurance needs.
