Circle Auto Group is hiring a highly driven BDC Representative to manage inbound leads and outbound calls in a high-volume dealership environment.
What You'll Do:
Respond to internet, phone, and text leads
Receive and make outbound calls
Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
Meet daily and monthly performance goals
Download and Manage dealer applications

What We're Looking For:
Experienced BDC Rep but will train the right candidate
Strong communication and phone skills
Goal-oriented, flexible and dependable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Ability to Multi task
Availability for evenings and Saturdays
Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
