Your Role: BDC Sales Associate

As a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll help guide them through the early stages of their car-buying journey—answering questions, setting appointments, and making sure they feel valued from the very first interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to online and phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth

• Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments

• Qualify leads and match customers with the right sales team member

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

• Confidence using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
