About the Role: Communications Install Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales professional to join our growing team in Burlingame, CA! Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Present and sell communications and installation products and services to potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
Create reports monthly and quarterly to steak holders in the organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
JIRA, Gsuite, and xcel experience
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Experience in communications, technology, or installation services is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
