Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a friendly and professional experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that meet their preferences and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements in compliance with dealership policies
- Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales targets
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous sales experience preferred, preferably in automotive or retail environments
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
