Position: Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, deliver outstanding service, and help maintain our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best suits their needs and preferences

• Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale

• Stay informed about current promotions, financing options, and vehicle features

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Basic understanding of vehicles and financing options

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
