Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Full-time, Remote with occasional in-office meetings (Orange County, CA)

- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You have experience with CRM systems and are ready to learn the ins and outs of low-voltage security systems like Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, IP Video Surveillance, Fire Life Safety, Network Infrastructure, and Audio Visual Systems.

- A Communicator: You have great verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working with clients, internal teams, and field technicians.

- Team-Oriented: You’re a collaborator who works well with sales, project managers, and the technical team, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, managing schedules, client communications, and document organization.

- Client Engagement: Assist with following up on proposals, agreements, and contracts, ensuring timely communication between clients and the sales team.

- Sales Engineering & Estimating: Learn and assist in estimating low-voltage infrastructure systems for commercial clients. These systems include Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, IP Video Surveillance, Fire Life Safety, Network Infrastructure, and Audio Visual Systems. You will work closely with the team to build out proposals and cost estimates.

- Service Agreement Preparation: Prepare and send service agreements, quotes, and proposals to clients using provided templates.

- CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and interactions in Salesforce and support the team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Customer Service: Be a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt responses and excellent service.

Work Environment:

Primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings and site visits. The role offers flexibility but requires constant communication with the team using Slack and Salesforce

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce and Slack experience is a plus.

- Familiarity with low-voltage systems or a willingness to learn the technical side.

- Proficiency in Google Drive/Docs.

Required Skills:

- Strong organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
