About the Role:
Join Window World of Corpus Christi as a Design Consultant, where you'll bring dreams to life through innovative window, siding, and door solutions. Be part of a dynamic team that transforms homes while providing exceptional customer service and expert design advice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
- Provide expert design recommendations for window and door products.
- Create detailed project proposals and presentations for clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project success.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or design consulting, preferably in home improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
- Knowledge of window and door products is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
