Daily Tasks
Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clientele professionally and courteously.
Document routes and communicate effectively with the operations team.
Assist in inventory management and maintain equipment necessary for the job.
Promote extra services, gather referrals, and help in customer base expansion.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in customer-service-oriented positions such as retail, hospitality, or rideshare driving.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
Capability to follow and optimize routes effectively and manage time efficiently.
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
Be comfortable recommending additional services and earning commissions.
