Daily Tasks

• Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clientele professionally and courteously.
• Document routes and communicate effectively with the operations team.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain equipment necessary for the job.
• Promote extra services, gather referrals, and help in customer base expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer-service-oriented positions such as retail, hospitality, or rideshare driving.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
• Capability to follow and optimize routes effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
• Be comfortable recommending additional services and earning commissions.
