Closet Factory is looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients solve problems, and guiding homeowners through a consultative sales process from initial appointment to signed project.
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will meet with clients in their homes, understand their storage and lifestyle needs, design custom solutions, present proposals, and close sales. Design experience is helpful, but strong communication skills, sales drive, follow-up discipline, and the ability to earn trust with clients are essential.
You do not need to come in as a professional interior designer. We can train the right person on our products, systems, and design process. The best fit is someone who enjoys selling, solving problems, creating value, and helping clients make confident decisions.
Successful consultants are proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment. They understand that follow-up, preparation, and confidence are just as important as design creativity.
This is a performance-based sales role with strong earning potential. Compensation may include commission, bonuses, and/or other incentives depending on experience and performance.
