We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business, expanding the DoorDash footprint in untapped markets, primarily in rural areas, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. This is a field sales position, and you will have the opportunity to travel and manage a largely transactional deal cycle to drive new partnerships with local and regional restaurants.

• Travel extensively within your assigned territory to meet potential partners.
• Negotiate revenue share agreements and sell the value of partnering with DoorDash.
• Excel in a fast-paced, transactional environment with the potential for high earnings through commissions.

Requirements

• 2.5 years of sales experience, preferably in a closing sales role.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to destination markets.
• Strong inside and outside sales tactics to reach goals efficiently.

Preferences

• Experience selling to SMBs, especially in the restaurant or food/beverage industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for building strategies and playbooks for scalable success.
