* Candidate must be within 40 minutes of location above
*Pay will include base compensation and additional commission for every new restaurant partnership. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for commissions are *** per month, with the opportunity of exceeding this amount. The commission is uncapped - $1900/month


Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) to join our Outside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partnerships, expanding market presence in emerging territories, and driving business growth through face-to-face sales activities. This position requires extensive travel within assigned territories and the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant owners while managing a fast-paced sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new restaurant partnerships within assigned territories.
  • Travel to emerging and underserved markets to expand company footprint and market presence.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Present partnership opportunities and communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Manage a high-volume, transactional sales pipeline and close deals quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to execute territory growth strategies.
  • Utilize company-provided sales tools, materials, and resources to drive success.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and partnership targets.
  • Travel regularly throughout assigned territories, including occasional overnight stays.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing sales role or similar customer-facing position.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more within assigned territories.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of successful SMB sales experience.
  • Experience selling to restaurants, food service, hospitality, or food & beverage businesses.
  • Outside sales or field sales experience.
  • Experience managing a short sales cycle and closing deals independently.
