    Description

    Sales Development Representative

    Weave Talent Partners is teaming up with a quickly growing AI SaaS company out of Bellevue, WA. 

    As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical part in the growth. You'll be focused on identifying and sourcing highly qualified leads for the sales team and contacting them via phone call (cold and warm), email, and linkedin. We'll teach you best-in-class techniques and strategies, but you'll be encouraged to be creative and test methods of lead generation that unlock new avenues of revenue. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads
    • Conduct outbound prospecting (roughly 50 touch points per day) to identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
    • Perform preliminary discovery meetings to qualify leads; schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team to further the sales process
    • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate the value proposition of our products and services
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted account strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and interactions in Hubspot

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail media industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required
    • Familiarity with Hubspot, CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
