In this phone-based role, you will connect with individuals and businesses, uncover their insurance needs, and set up qualified opportunities for our licensed sales producers.
Our SDRs are a core part of the sales team: your conversations feed the pipeline that grows the agency, and your results are visible and valued. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the company's success, works well with others, and wants a real career path in insurance sales.
