Sales Development Representative

This temporary-to-permanent Sales Development Representative opportunity offers $21/hour with a flexible schedule starting at 20+ hours per week. Hours can be worked Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The position is based in Needham Heights, MA and involves a hybrid schedule of 1-2 days in the office weekly, with increased in-office expectations if converted to a permanent role. The employer is a biotechnology/healthcare company launching a new prescription dermatology product.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to dermatology, pediatric, and allergy practices
• Identify key contacts within medical offices
• Coordinate welcome-kit shipments and confirm delivery
• Book and confirm meetings and lunch-and-learn presentations for field representatives
• Utilize scheduling platforms such as RxVantage
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, contacts, shipments, and appointments
• Share market feedback and insights to help refine outreach strategies

Qualifications:

• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and CRM management abilities
• Medical office experience preferred (medical assistant, front desk coordinator, pharmacy technician, dental/veterinary office staff, etc.)
• No pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Must have a personal phone available for business calls
• Reliable, conscientious, and detail-oriented
