As a Sales Development Representative, your initial training consists of a multi-week, comprehensive curriculum where new hires begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. • Bachelor's Degree required & Business Major preferred
• Financially motivated and committed to a long-term career in sales
• 0-1.5 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework
• Competitive with a strong work ethic

• Persuasive, professional, and prepared
• Strong written and verbal communication

This role is an in-office role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, or business development activities
