Sales Development Representative - (Future Opportunities)

This isn't your average sales gig. You'll be a core contributor playing an integral role in the conversion of relevant contacts to leads and leads to qualified opportunities.

Who You Are

You're a Sales Development Representative with over a year of proven experience. You"ll be instrumental in bridging the gap between marketing efforts and sales success, confidently pitching our solutions and securing crucial meetings for our Account Executives. If you"re adept at both nurturing marketing-sourced leads and masterfully executing cold calls to self-source new opportunities, you"ll find a rewarding challenge with us.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop a strong understanding of our target audience, the Accredible platform, and its different use cases by industry and market segment
• Conduct outreach to leads, with the goal of scheduling meetings for Account Executives that are attended by qualified prospects
• Pitch Accredible's solutions to prospects from marketing- and self-sourced efforts, including cold calling
• Research prospects and their organizations to generate new leads and optimize the level of context and personalization in your outreach to existing leads
• Help create expansion and upsell opportunities by prospecting into our self-serve customer base and into new departments within managed customer accounts
• Record activities and outcomes in Accredible's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Salesforce) and transition qualified deals seamlessly to Account Executives
• Work with sales and marketing to help create new campaigns to drive pipeline
• Consistently achieve your activity benchmarks and your individual goals; contribute meaningfully to the achievement of our team and company-wide targets

How We Work

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to leads, with the goal of scheduling meetings for Account Executives. You'll receive regular, thoughtful feedback and coaching to help you grow.

Reporting to our Manager, Sales Development, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a global team of sales and marketing professionals.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years relevant experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working towards and achieving individual and team goals.
• Superb writing, communication, and listening skills.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (like Salesforce, Gong, or sales efficiency software) a plus.
