In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our wide range of services. Agency will assist in getting employee licensing if person has interest in transitioning into a higher paying sales role.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions tailored to them.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

CRM Management: Diligently enter and update all interactions and potential opportunities in the CRM system.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Feedback Gathering: Collect and document insights and feedback from prospects to improve the sales process and product offerings.

Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while supporting overall business growth.

Experience: Preferably computer savvy and experience with phone systems.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
