We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and meeting scheduling for B2B clients. The initial focus will be supporting a client in the mining sector, with opportunities to expand to additional client accounts over time.
This is a Fluent English speaker role. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating qualified meetings through cold calling as the primary outreach channel, supported by email and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the mining industry to book qualified meetings.
- Manage email outreach campaigns, including follow-ups and response tracking.
- Execute and manage LinkedIn outreach and connection campaigns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects based on client-defined criteria before scheduling meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking in HubSpot.
- Coordinate meeting scheduling and calendar logistics with prospects and internal teams.
- Maintain a high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting cadence.
- Provide feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker (spoken and written).
- 2–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
- Proven success with high-volume cold calling.
- Comfortable managing multi-channel outreach (phone, email, and LinkedIn).
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
