Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US ?? Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US Salary: $65,000 Base + $30,000 Bonus ($95,000 OTE) StealthWatch is working with an exciting security startup vendor looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their continued growth across the US. The Role Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Build relationships with potential customers and key decision-makers. Engage prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team. Work closely with Account Executives to develop and convert pipeline. Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within the CRM. Contribute to the growth of an ambitious cybersecurity startup. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers. A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating new business. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. An interest in cybersecurity or technology would be advantageous. What's on Offer? $65,000 base salary + $30,000 bonus.
