In this role, you will lead a remote sales team (Americas and LATAM), oversee LATAM business development, and manage a strategic key account.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in translating global strategy into regional success-driving sustainable growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategy & Growth

Lead and execute the Americas commercial strategy aligned to global objectivesIdentify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insightsExpand sales activities to deliver long-term, profitable growth

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

Manage, coach, and develop a remote sales team across the regionSet clear priorities and build a culture of accountability and performanceSupport career development and performance management

Manage Key Accounts

Own a strategic customer relationship and drive revenue growthPartner with customers to deliver tailored, high-quality solutionsEnsure strong satisfaction, retention, and long-term value

Collaborate Across the Business

Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teamsRepresent the Americas region within global sales leadershipAlign cross-functional efforts to deliver go-to-market excellence

Drive Business Development

Lead LATAM business development initiativesIdentify and secure new business opportunitiesTranslate market needs into innovative solutions with internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related fieldExperience in packaging, labeling or printing requiredSignificant experience in senior sales or commercial leadership rolesProven success leading regional or multi-country strategiesExperience managing remote teamsStrong strategic thinking and execution skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approachFluent in English (additional languages a plus)Ability to travel to ~30% with in the US and some international
