Sales Director (Remote)

HIRING: HIGH-LEVEL SALES DIRECTOR | $300K–$1M+ Annual OTE

We're looking for an elite Sales Director to take ownership of an entire sales pod for an AI offer currently generating multiple 8 figures per year.

This is NOT a role for someone looking to learn how to manage a sales team or a “top rep” who wants to test the waters.

We need someone who has already built, managed, and scaled high-performance sales organizations with a proven track record and long list of receipts.

You'll oversee the entire sales operation under you, including:

• Setter Manager
• Setters
• Low-Ticket / Speed-to-Lead Reps
• High-Ticket Sales Reps / Closers
• Hiring, training & development
• KPIs, accountability & performance
• Sales systems, processes & optimization
• Building the team required to scale aggressively

• (Currently already a team in place , however we are always looking to hire A players)

  COMPENSATION

  $300K–$1M+ OTE (annual)

  This is heavily performance driven. You'll earn an override based on the revenue/performance of the entire team you build and manage.

  Our current Sales Directors are averaging approximately $20K–$60K/month, with significantly more upside available for someone capable of taking the operation to the next level.

  You must have a verifiable track record of building and/or managing sales teams that have generated:

  $1,000,000+ per month / 8+ figures annually.

  If your experience is managing a handful of closers doing $1-200k/month, this probably isn't the role for you.
