Sales-Driven Licensed Esthetician - High Earnings Potential - Base pay + commission
Location: Mesa / Gilbert, AZ
We're a fast-growing, high-end medspa in the East Valley focused on results, client experience, and performance. We're looking for a licensed esthetician who is confident in sales, not just treatments. If you love helping clients transform their skin and you know how to recommend the right packages, this is your role. Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials and advanced services
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a luxury experience every visit
- Recommend and sell treatment packages and skincare products with confidence
- Follow our clinic sales systems and consultation structure
- Hit and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Educate clients on long-term skin plans and transformation programs
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Esthetician License (required)
- Strong sales ability — this is a must, not a nice-to-have
- Comfortable recommending and presenting high-ticket packages ($2,000–$10,000+)
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Results-driven mindset — you care about numbers and performance
- Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward a decision
- Professional appearance, positive energy, and strong work ethic
Schedule
Sunday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Full-time, 6 days per week (Sunday is required)

- Microneedling
- Lasers
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- HydraFacial
- Red LED light therapy
- Medspa/beauty sales background
Compensation
- Base pay + commission
- Performance bonuses
- $5,000–$15,000+/month earning potential based on performance
