Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales enablement programs to enhance the performance of acquisition teams. You will create essential content, training materials, and toolkits to drive business growth and achieve key objectives. A key focus will be on leveraging AI tools and managing programs from inception to successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sales enablement programs.
• Develop engaging training content for global teams.
• Create various enablement assets like toolkits and e-learning modules.
• Drive content strategy and manage a content management system.
• Track program adoption and measure success metrics.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in sales enablement.
• Strong program management capabilities.
• Proficiency in content creation and digital learning tools.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplace, or technology industries is highly preferred.
