Job Purpose Were looking for a Sales Engineer who can do it all - build relationships, craft winning proposals, and help our customers bring their most complex projects to life. Youll be the bridge between what our customers need and what NorthWind delivers, and thats a pretty powerful place to be.

What Youll Be Doing - Job Duties and Responsibilities

Building relationships: nurturing existing ones and hunting down exciting new opportunities Getting technical: applying your knowledge of industrial control systems, pneumatic conveying, extrusion, drying, compounding, weighing, batching, and more Crafting proposals: developing accurate scopes of work, quotes, and solutions that hit the mark technically and financially Presenting with confidence: showcasing NorthWinds capabilities to potential customers and turning interest into partnerships Owning the process: from first contact to project handoff, youll keep things moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Staying organized: keeping customer data sharp in our CRM and collaborating seamlessly with your teammates Hitting the road: yes, travel is part of the adventure (valid drivers license and passport required!)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a business or engineering discipline 1 year of experience in a technical or sales role Fluency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and CorelDraw Strong negotiation and communication skills - you can hold your own in any room Knowledge of codes, safety procedures, and construction processes
