Sales & Enrollment Representative

This is a hands-on, sales and customer enrollment opportunity for people who want more than a routine desk job.

You'll work at assigned community locations, connect with customers, explain available programs, and help eligible customers complete their enrollment.

No experience needed. Paid training provided. Bring your energy, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

PAY, BONUSES & CAREER OPPORTUNITY

• $17–$19 per hour

• Performance-based incentives and bonuses

• $700–$1,200+ potential weekly earnings, depending on hours worked and performance; actual earnings vary

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage with customers at assigned community locations

• Introduce available programs and explain their benefits

• Answer questions and help eligible customers complete enrollment

• Use company-provided devices to process applications

• Deliver professional customer service and maintain accurate records

• Work toward daily and weekly performance targets

• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching

• Build confidence, communication skills, and sales experience

Experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, delivery, warehouse operations, or customer service is helpful, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to travel within assigned service areas

• Comfortable communicating with customers in person

• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
