Job Description Job Description About the RoleKASIM is seeking a highly driven Sales Execution Manager to lead and optimize field sales execution across multiple sales channels. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong in-store execution, route optimization, sales growth, product positioning, and operational discipline within the commercial team.Key Responsibilities• Design and execute sales execution strategies for direct store delivery (DSD) operations.• Lead and manage field sales teams, supervisors, and merchandising execution.• Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, coverage, inventory rotation, and execution effectiveness.• Ensure proper execution at the point of sale, including product display, pricing, promotions, and assortment.• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose action plans to improve commercial performance.• Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with cross-functional teams.• Optimize sales routes, territory coverage, and operational productivity.• Develop and coach commercial teams to ensure high performance and accountability.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in sales execution, commercial operations, or consumer goods industry.• Strong experience managing sales teams and field operations.• Knowledge of DSD operations and retail execution.• Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI.• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Advanced English proficiency preferred.Travel Requirement• Availability to travel up to 30%.
