Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.
Understand client needs and develop customized proposals that address their facility management challenges.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in industry events and networking activities to build strong relationships and enhance brand presence.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility solutions or related industries.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
