Sales Executive\n \nThis role is based at our Newtown Headquarters, Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 17:00pm\n \nWhat we're looking for\n \nWe're looking for two motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team at Quartix. If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and closing deals, this could be the perfect next step in your career.\n \nWith a starting salary of \u00a328,000, plus an uncapped commission structure, our top performers regularly achieve On-Target Earnings of \u00a340,000+.\n \nWhether you're an experienced B2B sales professional or someone with transferable skills and a passion for success, we'd love to hear from you.\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing\n \nAs a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into new business opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.\n \nKey responsibilities include:\n\n Responding to inbound enquiries generated through comparison websites and lead providers.\n Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored quotations and solutions.\n Delivering engaging telephone and web-based product demonstrations.\n Managing and developing your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to close.\n Following up with prospects and maintaining ongoing communication to maximise conversions.\n Generating additional opportunities through referrals, customer contacts, and outbound activity where required.\n Achieving and exceeding sales targets and daily activity KPIs.\n Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates.\n Keeping customers engaged during trial periods and supporting their decision-making process.\n Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve team performance and customer experience.\n \nEssential Qualities\n\n Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and online.\n Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.\n Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.\n Excellent organisational and time management skills.\n Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\n Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.\n \nDesirable Experience\n\n Telesales or sales experience.\n B2B sales experience.\n Experience working towards targets or KPIs.\n CRM system experience.\n \nDon't meet every requirement?
