Proven sales performance. Be ready to tell us your quota, attainment, peer rankings, awards, and the business you personally generated.
Hunter mentality. Zero hesitation with cold calling, door knocking, and getting in front of customers.
Technical capacity. Curious and quick to learn complex products and how customers operate.
Strong operator. Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with technology. You use a CRM because it makes you better, not because someone makes you.
Sales training. Experience in a structured sales organization with formal training and coaching is a plus.
Values match. Low ego, team-first, high character, customer-focused, and direct.
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Close $500K in new business in year 1.
Open new accounts on a consistent monthly cadence.
Cold call, door knock, network, and spend most of your time in the field.
Walk customer plants and learn how they build, package, store, and ship.
Find the problem, then work with our engineering and operations teams to solve it.
Run opportunities from discovery through design, quoting, sampling, close, and delivery.
Grow inherited accounts and make Client the customer's first call for packaging.
Respond fast, make working with us easy, and earn the referral along with the order.
