Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. This role is crucial in promoting our comprehensive logistics services and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential new customers within various industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
  • Understand client's logistics needs and develop tailored solutions utilizing our service offerings.
  • Present compelling sales proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. 
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage industry (2+ years of experience).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
