Monster Reservations Group is hiring motivated, competitive, and outgoing sales professionals to join our growing team in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Schedule & Pay

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM ($17/hr + unlimited bonuses)

• Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM ($19/hr + unlimited bonuses)

• NO WEEKENDS.

• All positions are full-time and in-office in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Your Sales Experience Is What Sets You Apart!

We're especially interested in candidates who have worked in:

Door-to-Door & Direct Sales

• Solar, roofing, pest control, home security, telecommunications, or similar industries.

• Comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, and overcoming objections.

• Experienced in working toward sales goals and earning performance-based compensation.

Timeshare & Vacation Ownership Sales

• Timeshare, vacation ownership, travel packages, or vacation-related sales.

• Skilled at presenting vacation experiences and building customer excitement.

• Confident handling objections and encouraging customers to take action.

Outbound Call Center & Phone Sales

• Outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or phone-based sales.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers in meaningful conversations.

• Motivated by sales targets, performance metrics, and bonus opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Unlike traditional cold-calling positions, you'll be reaching out to guests who have already purchased vacation packages but haven't booked their trips yet.

Your job is to help turn those purchases into exciting vacation experiences!

• Make outbound calls to existing vacation package customers.

• Build excitement and enthusiasm about their upcoming vacations.

• Help guests explore destinations, travel dates, and reservation options.

• Use your sales experience to overcome objections and encourage guests to book.

• Create positive, engaging conversations that motivate customers to take action.

• Work toward individual and team performance goals.

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in door-to-door sales, timeshare/vacation ownership, or outbound call center sales.
