The New Car Sales Receptionist/Greeter is a crucial entry-level position at our dealership, as they are the first person a client meets upon arrival. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional initial impression by warmly greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate team member based on their needs. We are seeking a dedicated, professional candidate who collaborates effectively with the team and consistently delivers exceptional, guest-focused experiences.

Must be able to drive and operate vehicle

Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitalityDetermine clients' needs and locate appropriate member to assistIntroduce client to appropriate memberKnow and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfactionKnow and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirementsFollow other administrative duties that may be assignedExperience using Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR policy requirementsMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
