What We Need You To Lead
Coaching & Performance Development
Set clear and measurable objectives (S.M.A.R.T.), including revenue targets, market share growth, customer acquisition, retention goals, and increasing the lifetime value of existing customers
Provide ongoing individual and team coaching to strengthen performance and support development goals
Conduct call reviews and deliver actionable feedback to improve quality and conversion effectiveness
Monitor activity and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Develop performance improvement plans and recognition strategies to drive engagement
Support career growth and retention initiatives for Sales Specialists
Customer Retention & Expansion
Focus on retaining and expanding existing relationships
Customer Success Programs: Ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes with your product or service. Proactive customer support and regular check-ins can foster loyalty
Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that complement what the customer has already purchased
Referrals/Affiliate Selling Strategies: Help support referral program enhancements and drive new opportunities through affiliate selling programs
Team Culture & Alignment
Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and recognition
Celebrate wins and reinforce behaviors that contribute to team and company success
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives that strengthen team performance
Promote and participate in the hiring of talent for the Sales Team
