Internships will run from mid-May to early August

Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September. Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2027.

Accountabilities:

• Complete structured training alongside the Internal Sales Support team to build knowledge of Athene's annuity products, the financial services industry, internal systems, and sales-support processes.
• Apply training by assisting financial professionals and taking inbound calls once prepared to perform the responsibilities of an Internal Sales Specialist.
• Respond to product and process questions and assist with requests for illustrations, marketing materials, website resources, and other sales-support needs.
• Participate in product presentations and other development opportunities designed to strengthen communication, presentation, and industry knowledge.
• Support individual or team projects based on business needs and provide ideas or recommendations that may improve Sales processes, resources, or the overall customer experience.

• Well-rounded and self-motivated
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks

Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
