This is a full-time, paid, in-person internship position beginning Tuesday, June 1, 2027.

In this role, you will actively apply AI tools and techniques within your functional area to drive efficiency, insights, and innovation. You will design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Apply AI tools to solve business problems within your domain
• Build and optimize prompts for analysis, reporting, and automation
• Integrate AI into workflows (e.g., reporting, dashboards, operations processes)
• Analyze data using AI-enabled tools and generate insights
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI driven improvements
• Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive, structured classroom training curriculum focused on the Medicare business and serving Medicare-eligible members and prospects seeking health care coverage
• Take part in networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program
• Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through sales competitions, simulated practice, projects, and job shadowing
• Gain exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, consumer base, and the role our organization plays in the market
• Build an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model and its role in overall distribution
• Gain hands-on experience with sales and sales support processes through phone-based and operational activities that help deliver high-quality experiences for those we serve

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the full duration of the internship; internships are not intended for graduating seniors
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization; F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1B, TN, or other sponsorship will not be considered
• Rising senior during summer 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
