Job Responsibilities Â

\t

• Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience   \t
• Maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate \t
• Remains knowledgeable of the storeâ€s merchandise and current promotions  \t
• Trains store associates on daily operations and best sales practices \t
• Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintains store displays and merchandise \t
• Replenishes backstock, ensuring appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor \t
• Conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed  \t
• Performs opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security  \t
• Communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner \t
• Oversees the opening and closing of the store  \t
• Resolves employee conflict and escalates to upper management as appropriate \t
• Counts cash drawers, completes deposit slips, closes registers, and completes required documentation  \t
• Other duties may be assignedÂ

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment  \t
• Early and late shift availability  \t
• Ability to multitask and problem solve  \t
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills  \t
• Demonstrated customer service experience  \t
• Ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts \t
• Alcohol Beverage Awareness Cared (TAM Card) may be required  \t
• Additional Security clearance may be required  \t
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required  \t
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Â
