Bilingual Sales & Lead Coordinator
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
Mid-West Textile is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Lead Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers generated through our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for reviewing inbound leads, contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and assigning qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, comfortable using CRM systems, and enjoys communicating with customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
What You'll Do
- Review and respond to inbound customer leads.
- Contact prospective customers to verify information and assess interest.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on business potential.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in Zoho CRM.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM records.
- Generate reports on lead activity and sales performance.
- Support the sales team with customer information and lead follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Previous customer service, sales support, inside sales, or lead generation experience preferred.
- CRM experience preferred (Zoho CRM a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, data entry, and multiple communication platforms.
