About the Role

Total Comfort is seeking outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Lead Generators to represent our company inside local Home Depot stores. In this role, you’ll engage with shoppers, generate HVAC sales leads, and schedule appointments for homeowners interested in heating and cooling maintenance, repairs, and system replacement options.

 

As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll play an important role in building our sales pipeline and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward goals in a fast-paced retail environment. What You’ll Do

• Engage with Home Depot customers to generate qualified leads for HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services.
• Educate customers about Total Comfort’s services and the value we provide to homeowners.
• Identify customer needs, build interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Home Depot store associates and leadership.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain consistent store coverage and identify opportunities to maximize lead generation.
• Represent Total Comfort professionally while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Track lead activity, customer information, and follow-up details using company systems.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

• At least one year of experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

• Experience in HVAC, construction, or the skilled trades is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.

• An outgoing, self-motivated personality and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with store teams and company sales professionals.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
