Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured sales management training program covering all aspects of the business
• Engage with customers directly to drive sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service
• Learn and execute proven sales strategies, techniques, and closing methods
• Support senior management in daily operations, team coordination, and performance tracking
• Develop leadership skills by mentoring and motivating fellow team members
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, business, or marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to advance into a leadership role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• No prior sales experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
• Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time in Fort Myers, FL
